We’re excited to introduce the latest updates in Edusuite’s K12 system—designed to enhance school operations, improve collaboration, and support both educators and students more effectively. This release includes major feature additions such as club management, expanded supply options, a smart chatbot for instant support, awards management, and co-teaching capabilities. Here's a quick look at what’s new.
Clubs

Schools can now manage official student clubs with features to create, update, and carry over club definitions each year. A new "Club Coordinator" role allows designated users to serve as club advisers.

Admins can assign students from any grade to clubs, and advisers can grade members using dedicated score sheets.

Club grades appear in student profiles and can be included in report cards via new Carbone template variables.

Supplies

Schools can now categorize Supplies/Optionals into types: Books, School Supplies, Instructional Materials, Donations, and Optionals. Items can be marked as required, preventing guardians from deselecting them during enlistment. In Step 3 of the enlistment process, items are now grouped by type for better organization. Supply Monitoring and Summary Balance Reports now support all types, with added filters and columns. Discounts can also be applied to any supply/optional type.
Awards and Awardees

The K12 system now supports student awards to recognize achievements, promote learning, and foster a respectful classroom culture. Admins can set up award rules based on subject grades, term/final grades, or behavioral marks, and generate awardee lists automatically.
Chatbot

Edusuite has integrated a chatbot into the K12 system, accessible via the Support menu and chat bubble. Simply type questions like “How do I encode grades?” and get instant, step-by-step answers sourced from the official user manual. This feature provides quick, reliable guidance to help users navigate the system efficiently.
Co-Teaching

Edusuite K12 now supports assigning multiple teachers to the same subject. All assigned teachers can access shared scoresheets, create assessment tools, and encode grades—enabling better collaboration and flexibility in managing classes.

Stay tuned for more exciting features and enhancements as we continue to innovate and deliver best-in-class solutions for your school!
