SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Quality Engineer who will ensure the highest standards of quality for our software products. This role involves executing various testing methods, developing test plans, and contributing to the design of system features and modules to enhance quality and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

Proven experience working within agile development teams.

Strong understanding of Test Management practices, including test planning, execution, and reporting.

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing within build processes.

Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automated testing is a plus.

Familiarity with wireframing and basic business analysis techniques.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and anticipate potential issues.

Experience with performance and load testing tools is a plus.

Previous experience in a leadership role or as a mentor in a QA environment is an advantage.

ISTQB or other QA certifications are a plus.
Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.

Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, improve functionality, and ensure product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop effective testing strategies.

Analyze test results, document findings, and clearly communicate issues to development teams.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts, test data, and testing frameworks for efficiency and scalability.

Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor software performance, conduct regression testing, and verify bug fixes in new releases.

Contribute to requirements gathering and user story creation, ensuring testability from the onset.

Ensure adherence to QA standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software issues reported by users or stakeholders.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to software testing and quality assurance.
